
When we designed this space for Blocks, the idea was to create a space with soul, where the latest highlights from Milan Design Week and Three Days of Design could seamlessly dialogue with the architecture. The more sober, urban backdrop, with gray brick walls and a concrete-look floor, is brought to life by the organic volume of custom millwork that flows across the ceiling and embraces the space. The furniture was curated almost like an art collection: the Gaspard Sofa and Beki Poufs, by Christophe Delcourt for Baxter, bring soft, tactile forms, while the Loren Tables, by Draga & Aurel, create a striking contrast against the Serratura Rug by Fornasetti. Wine-toned Phedre Pendant Lights, the La Uno Rossa Lamp, and touches of red add pops of color, while the Button Wall Sconces and Fornasetti porcelain plates complete the composition.
